Rendez-vous avec votre guide pour un tour de ville en transport : découvrez la Place Rouge, la Cathédrale Saint Basile le Bienheureux, le GOUM, le Kremlin, le Bolchoï, la place du Manège, la rue Tverskaïa, puis le Mont "Vorobievi" (ou mont des moineaux) avec son superbe panorama et enfin la vue sur le couvent Novodiévitchi.

Déjeuner libre et après-midi visite guidée de la galerie Tretiakov : Installée dans l’hôtel particulier du collectionneur Pavel Trétiakov, au coeur du pittoresque quartier Zamoskvorietchié, la Tretiakovka rassemble la plus importante collection d’art russe et d’icônes au monde et couvre l’histoire picturale de la Russie du XIe au XXe siècle.

Retrouvez votre guide pour une visite guidée du Palais du Kremlin, son territoire et de ses cathédrales : Ancienne résidence des tsars, plus grande et plus célèbre forteresse du pays, le Kremlin est un ensemble de palais et de cathédrales dont les plus anciens remontent au XVIe siècle. Ses murs abritent également les sépultures de 47 tsars ainsi que de nombreuses curiosités.

Le soir, transfert à la gare pour prendre votre train de nuit 2e classe en direction de Saint-Pétersbourg (supplément 80€/pers. pour voyager en 1ere classe - compartiement de deux personnes). Heure de départ à définir en fonction des horaires du train (En option : prenez le train rapide (4h) l'après-midi, et passez une nuit supplémentaire à Saint-Pétersbourg).

Early welcome by your guide at the train station (breakfast on the train). 

Departure with your guide for a city tour of St. Petersburg by transport then visit the Peter and Paul Fortress: discovery of the sumptuous capital dreamed by Peter the great at the mouth of the Neva. The Decembrist square, the Admiralty and the Cathedral of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, the Nevsky Prospect, the canals, Savior on the Spilled Blood ... the city tour is the ideal excursion to understand the geography of this great city.

Departure for a guided tour of St. Isaac Cathedral and   St. Savior on the Spilled Blood Cathedral (a breathtaking climb to the collonade of St. Isaac Cathedral can be confirmed in advance upon request).The Orthodox Cathedral of St-Isaac, built in the nineteenth century under the reigns of Alexander I, Nicholas I, and Alexander II, had remained the center of religious life in St-Petersburg until the Revolution. The third-largest cathedral in Europe, it has a magnificent view of the city and of the Neva river from its main dome  which is 102 meters high. Built by Alexander III on the spot where his father, Alexander II, was murdered in 1881, St. Savior on the Spilled Blood Cathedral was constructed in  Neo-Russian style. Along with St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow, the St. Savior on the Spilled Blood Cathedral is one of the most picturesque and most visited museums in St. Petersburg today.

Departure by public transport/on foot with your guide to take the hydrofoil to Peterhof (available from May to September) NB! Hydrofoil ride may be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. The Grand Palace of Peterhof was built by Peter the Great in honor of the Victory over the Swedes. Its called ¨the Russian Versailles¨ and some experts say that it even overshadows it in luxury and magnificence. Peterhof is located on the southern shore of the Gulf of Finland which allows tourists to get there by boat. Peterhof's centerpiece is the Grand Cascade, a symphony of over  200 magnificent bronze statues and 75 fountains which are open from May to October.

Lunch, return to St.Petersburg, free end of afternoon.

Departure by transport for a guided tour of Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo) by car: Tsarskoye Selo which is also called the “Imperial Village” was founded in the 18th century as a summer residence of the Tsars, it was renamed "Pushkin" after the Revolution in honour of Russia's greatest poet. A must visit place in Pushkin is the Catherine Palace and its wonderful Amber Chamber. (Optional: visit of the Pavlosk Palace, UNESCO World Heritage Site.)

Pavlovsk Palace and Park Ensemble are the monuments of Russian architecture of the XVIII and early XIX century. The Great Palace at Pavlovsk is famous for its interiors, unique collection of furniture, sculptures, and paintings. The Pavlovsk Park is called an English-style park and since its creation, it is known as the best-landscaped park in the world.

CANCELLATION POLICY

. If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before departure, the fee is 100€ 

. Between 30 and 20 days before departure, cancellation fee equals 25 % of the total amount of the trip price

. Between 19 and 13 days, the fee equals 35 %

. Between 12 and 9 days, the fee equals 60 %

. If the cancellation is made less than 9 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount

Ticketing service: except if specified otherwise, flight and train tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable

Other services: insurance and administrative fees are non-refundable
