In partnership with “Moscow in the eyes of the engineers”, discover with Tsar Voyages Kiyevsky railway station like you have never seen it. This emblematic building can boast to be one of the most impressive and recent railway station of the capital. You will first learn what were the objectives of its construction, before venturing deep into the different rooms and corridors. Mind the tiny decorative details, from the walls to the ground and wonder at the amazing sound effects from one of the domes.
As the highest moment, you will climb the stairs, usually not open to the public, to the very top of the building: the clock tower. Admire the mechanism of this historical clock, only three of them are remaining in Moscow. The most adventurous spirits will be able to climb up to a deck providing a panoramic view on the quarter.

. Reservation on request 2-3 weeks before the visit, within 3 working days before the date of the visit and subject to availability.
. Confirmation of the visit by the agency within 2-3 working days
. If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the date of the excursion, the excursion will be refunded up to 100% of the price paid. On the other hand, if the tickets have already been purchased, only the price of the guide and any transport will be refunded.
. Between 7 and 3 days before the date of the excursion, the excursion is non-refundable if it includes entrance tickets. If the excursion does not include entrance tickets, it can be refunded if the cancellation request is made up to 3 days (72 hours) before the visit.
. If the cancellation is made less than 3 days before the date of the tour, the tour is non-refundable.
. Tsar Voyages reserves the right to cancel or modify certain tours or visits without notice if the comfort and/or safety of the travellers so requires, in case of force majeure, strike, demonstration, administrative decision, weather conditions or exceptional closure of sites. If the customer wishes to cancel his visit following a modification of it by Tsar Voyages (due to the points mentioned above), the refund of the visit will be made up to 100% of the price paid by the customer.
Please note that Tsar Voyages cannot be held responsible for the following events:
. Consequences of unforeseeable or unavoidable events of a third party such as: wars, political unrest, strikes, riots, technical or administrative incidents outside Tsar Voyages, airspace congestion, bad weather, delays (including in the dispatch of mail...), breakdowns, loss or theft of luggage or other personal effects of travellers.
. Cancellation imposed by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, for reasons related to the maintenance of the security of the travellers, for injunction of an administrative authority: in this case, Tsar Voyages reserves the right to modify the dates, schedules or routes planned in order to ensure the security of the travellers, without any possible recourse.
. The person making the registration in the name and on behalf of all the participants in the trip undertakes to transmit to each traveller the information provided concerning the trip so that Tsar Voyages cannot be held responsible for any defect or omission in the transmission of this information.
